The Tasting Room is pleased to offer an elegant and romantic evening on Valentine’s Day, Monday, February 14, 2022. We are fortunate to be celebrating with Ken and Akiko Freeman of Freeman Vineyard and Winery in Sebastopol, California. They will be sharing their tasting notes with each of Chef Clinton’s extraordinary and unique courses.

Scallop Ceviche with Watermelon Consommé,Scallions, Red Onion, Jalapeño, Cilantro, Radish, Taro Root, Cucumber, Capers, Yuzu Lime Oil and Sheldonia Farm Micro Greens

5-Spiced Duck Breast Salad, Pea Tendrils, Arugula, Mandarin Orange, Candied Pecans, Pears and a Plum Hoisin Ginger Soy Vinaigrette
Paired with Freeman Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Lobster Américaine and Filet Mignon with Saffron Béarnaise served with Asparagus, Mushrooms and Tarragon Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
Paired with Freeman Akiko’s Cuvée Pinot Noir
Chocolate Mousse Hearts and Strawberry Ice Cream with aRaspberry Filling, Pistachio Cream and White Chocolate Drizzle
